Standard Room

Standard room of 20 m2, with a double bed, wake-up service, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, free tea and coffee. All seasoned with the usual exclusivity and the comforts of our best customer service.

Junior Suite Room

Junior Suite of 31 m2, which provides greater space, with a cozy seating area, in addition to all the comforts of the standard room.

In the rooms you will have access to natural light, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, private bathroom and television. In addition, you will find a kettle and coffee machine along with complimentary coffee, tea and infusion capsules.

LOCATION

Location Sleep & Fly Hotel, Barcelona Airport Terminal 1.

Our hotel is in Barcelona Airport’s Terminal 1 on the second floor – look for the Business Center located near the Air Bridge (Puente Aereo).
We are very easy to find, but below you will find clear instructions on how to reach us whether you are arriving at the airport by plane, train, taxi, and so on.

Arriving by ground transport

—If you arrive in your vehicle: in the T1 car park, it is advisable to park in the E or F zones, as they are the closest areas to the hotel. Once inside the terminal on the 2nd floor, follow the signs for “Centre de Negocis” or directly “Sleep&Fly”. We are on the left of the terminal.

—If you arrive by taxi: tell the driver to take you to Barcelona Airport Terminal 1, specifically to the Departures / Air Shuttle area. There is a door with a large Sleep and Fly logo, call the intercom and we will open the door for you so that you can go down in the elevator in front of you and access our facilities.

—If you arrive by subway, bus or train: When leaving the station or stop, go to the Arrivals area/Puente Aéreo of Terminal 1, about two hundred meters away. From there, follow the signs for “Centre de Negocis” or directly “Sleep&Fly”.

—If you arrive by AeroBus: get off at Terminal 1 of the Airport, in Arrivals. Walk to the Air Bridge building. From there, you will see the Sleep and fly sign follow the instructions to call the intercom and access our facilities. .

—From Terminal 1 Arrivals: After collecting the luggage, go straight until the space called “Plaça”. In one of the corners you will see a Caixabank bank branch. From there, turn right and continue until the end of the Puente Aéreo corridor. At the end of this, go through the automatic doors. On the right hand side you will find the entrance to the hotel.

—From Terminal 2 Arrivals: Go outside and take the shuttle to Terminal 1 (runs every five minutes), to the Arrivals area/Puente Aéreo. Go up to floor 2 (arrivals) and walk to the Air Shuttle building. At the end of this, go through the automatic doors. On the right hand side you will find the entrance to the hotel.

You can use a room for 3-6 hours or just to take a shower

Whether you simply need somewhere quiet to take a refreshing nap, work on that important document or presentation before a meeting, or just need the chance to grab a shower and freshen up after a late night or a long flight, we have the answer.

Our rooms by the hour are available for day use in blocks of three hours any time from 9am to 6 pm – a quiet, comfortable place to recharge both your and your laptop’s batteries, get some urgent work done or simply switch off for a while. There is, of course, free wifi for all guests.

Or if you just need a place to take a shower, freshen up and get your game-face on before heading out for meetings, sightseeing or more, you can book our shower service which allows you 50 minutes of “me time” at a very affordable rate.
