The housekeeping team will provide the turndown service only upon request.

Non-staying guests are considered visitors and will be chargeable by AED 695 for weekdays & AED 895 for weekends per person with entitlement to use hotel facilities and all-inclusive packages. Visitors need to register at the reception with their original ID or passport.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to our property during their stay and the associated costs.

Breakfast: 7:00am – 11:00am Lunch: 12:30pm – 3:30pm Saturday Brunch: 1:00pm – 4:00pm Dinner: 7:00pm – 10:00pm With lavish indoor and outdoor seating, Turquoise is an all-day-dining restaurant serving a sumptuous buffet of cuisine from around the world. Guests are spoiled for choice with a wide selection of the finest food, live cooking and grill stations, hot and cold beverages and premium alcoholic beverages. Guests can enjoy weekend activities, brunches, and pop-up outdoor brunches with lively entertainment.

Satisfy your mid-night cravings and indulge in a sumptuous buffet spread of delicious bites in Turquoise Restaurant from 12:00am to 02:00am .

Mermaid

Dinner: 6:30pm – 10:30pm Serving the finest seafood cuisine on the island, Mermaid is a fine-dining experience overlooking the pristine Saadiyat beach. Mermaid is a Mediterranean seafood a la cartè restaurant epitomising beachside luxury dining.

People’s

Lunch: 12:00pm – 4:00pm Sit back and relax at People’s; the casual poolside a la carte restaurant with a vibrant tropical aesthetic. Enjoy a delicious lunch and a wide range of tasty snacks and refreshments.

Dinner: 6:30pm – 10:30pm Indulge in authentic Japanese cuisine at Aja a la carte restaurant. Enjoy hot miso, tofu, seaweed soup, freshly rolled sushi, sliced sashimi, and more. This city-famous Japanese restaurant is the go-to for private luxury dining, famous for its Teppanyaki shows performed by skilled hibachi chefs. Enjoy a live teppanyaki show for an additional charge of AED 150 per adult. Please note, that children aged 0-4 are free of charge, children aged 5-11 receive 50% off and those aged 12 and above are considered adults and are therefore chargeable for the total amount.

L’Olivo

Dinner: 6:30pm – 10:30pm Experience a taste of authentic Italian cuisine while in Abu Dhabi. L’Olivo is an a la carte signature restaurant renowned for its delicious handcrafted pizza, freshly baked in a traditional wood fire oven. Indulge in fresh pasta, risotto, salads, Italian favourites, and a wide selection of premium beverages.

A la carte Restaurant Reservation Terms & Conditions

• The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
• Minimum length of 3 nightsstay is required for A la carte usage.
• Arrival date dining is at Turquoise all-day-dining restaurant.
• A la carte restaurants are only available as of the second day of stay. As such, for three-night stays, guests are eligible for complimentary use of the la carte restaurant as of the second day.
• For three-night stays, guests are eligible for complimentary use of two a la carte restaurants in maximum.
• For stays of four nights and above, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times in a la carte restaurants in maximum.
• A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby, and bookings are subject to availability.
• No cover charges will be applied in any of the a la carte restaurants, excluding the Teppanyaki show.
• As per our all-inclusive offering, guests are entitled to a five-course meal and unlimited beverages at our a la carte restaurants.
• All bookings of the a la carte restaurants are subject to availability and the use of a la carte during above mentioned stay periods is not guaranteed.
• The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants.
